Student Performance Tracking System

While the institution awaited the use of a custom Learning Management System, I designed and implemented a structured system to collect, analyze, and visualize students’ weekly scores, enabling data-driven decision-making in academic performance monitoring.

Key Features:
Automated Data Collection: Developed a structured Google Sheets system for teachers to input students’ weekly scores easily.
Conditional Formatting & Color-Coding: Integrated color-coded alerts to instantly highlight performance trends—blue for excellence, green for very good, orange for good and red for areas needing intervention.
Dynamic Data Analysis: Applied formulas and filters to track progress, compare student performance over time, and identify learning gaps.
Actionable Insights: Allowed educators to pinpoint struggling students quickly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
